The girls' first Easter has now come and gone. I love holidays because it means that I can get some new dresses for the girls and make them look adorable! They played along and humored me just about the entire day. They even kept their hats on! Here are a TON of pictures:

I can imagine how you might have felt about "ruffle bums" from what I know about you:) I think it's cute how the girls have different colored eyes: Abby has brown like you and Emily's are blue/green/gray? I'm assuming like Byron's...it's neat for each one to follow one of you since I think this is it for you! Anyway, how adorable!!!!
I LOVE ruffle bums - believe it or not there was a time when I used to sneak out of the house in my dress shoes :)
Abby seems to have hazel eyes at this point, but they'll probably end up being brown.
Emily has blue eyes right now and I think they might stay that way.
Actually, we both have brown eyes!
